Pretty Ponies have in-house manufacturing facilities which afford us the ability to bespoke a wide range of our products. You may desire a browband of your own design or something more complex like a lead rein outfit made to your own specific requirements. Customers will often visit our premises or trade stand at major events to discuss their ideas and peruse cloths, trimmings and accessories which are not always available via our website. If you are not able to visit us then you are very welcome to telephone and speak to one of our sales advisors who will be more than happy to help.

Please understand that bespoke items cannot be considered for refund or exchange and we strongly advise that you are accurate with sizes, colours etc before placing an order.

For our bespoke service we will require a 50% deposit on all orders placed.
